Simple IRA Savings Plan

This plan offers an excellent opportunity to save for the future on a pre-tax basis. Plan features include: generous THôT matching contribution, high-quality investment choices, convenient payroll deduction, on-line access to view and manage your account and a loan option.

Employee Stock Option Plan

Employees have the opportunity to purchase THôT stock making it easy for you to become a shareholder of THôT Technologies and share in its potential future growth.

Profit Sharing Plan

This plan is designed to allow employees to share in THôT's profits by strengthening the relationship between the employee's efforts and the amount received. Profit Sharing is calculated quarterly.

HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS

THôT health benefit plans are currently administered by Leavitt Pacific Insurance Brokers and can be viewed on line at LPIB.com. Plans are subject to change without notification. Verification of current benefits should be done directly with the Human Resources Department.

Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield Network)

You have the flexibility to choose from two medical plan options. Each option offers comprehensive medical coverage, including prescription drugs. A wide variety of participating providers are available. This insurance is provided at no cost to the employee.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

This is a tax-advantaged medical savings account. The funds in the account are not subject to federal income tax at the time of deposit. Funds may be used to pay for qualified medical expenses at any time without federal tax liability.

Dental

Your dental plan is designed to provide coverage for preventative care, basic services such as fillings; and major services such as crowns and bridges. This insurance is provided at no cost to the employee.

Vision

Vision insurance coverage provides annual exams and allowance toward lenses and frames, or contacts. This insurance is provided at no cost to the employee.

Life Insurance

THôT provides basic life and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) insurance at no cost to employees.

Short and Long Term Disability Insurance

STD and LTD insurance are provided at no cost to the employee and are in addition to and integrated with CA SDI.

Medical Benefits Abroad

Medical Benefits Abroad coverage is also provided at no cost to the employee and covers accidents and illnesses while traveling on approved business trips, or on assignment, outside of the United States.

TIME OFF

Vacation

Employees accrue paid time off at the rate of approximately 80 hours in the first year of employment and increase their accrual by 40 hours per year at 1 year, 5 years, 10 years and 20 years of employment. In addition to paid time off, employees have a limited amount of unpaid time they can use.

Holidays

We offer ten paid holidays each year.

Medical, personal, parental and military leaves are available from THôT Technologies.
